The SECOND STEP - filling in on-line application form
- upload original Learning Agreement for studies/traineeships signed by Erasmus + coordinator from your University
- upload scan of original Transcript of records
Please send above listed documents before deadline:
30 June 2018 - winter semester
30 November 2018 – summer semester
After you upload ducuments from SECOND STEP successfully, you will be able to upload the remaining required documents.
The THIRD STEP-upload other documents (until 15 September 2018)
- scan of id card (or passport)
- scan of European Health Insurance Card or any relevant one
- scan of original confirmation of accident insurance
- scan of original liability insurance (mandatory for traineeships, optional for studies)
- scan of Erasmus+ status certificate (issued by your home university)
The FOURTH step - registration in the Erasmus+ office afer arrival
Please MAKE SURE that upon arrival you have got:
- one paper photo for student credit book.
- proof of payment for student Id see Student's ID
