Portuguese Intensive Language Course (PILC) 2017

The Language School of the School of Social and Political Sciences (ISCSP), belonging to the Universidade de Lisboa (ULisboa), has the pleasure to announce the fourth edition of the Portuguese Intensive Language Course (PILC).

This course will take place from August 28th to September 8th 2017 and that is perfectly designed to all students coming to Portugal, namely Erasmus. We kindly ask for the dissemination of this information among your students, so that those who are coming to Portugal are aware of this opportunity.

This course will last 40 hours, every morning from Monday to Friday (09h00 to 13h00), in our facilities, with an inscription cost of just 275 Euros (further information about the payment of the course will be provided after the results announcement). Master classes and cultural visits are already included in the program and in the price. Copies given in classes and the final Diploma will have no costs for the students. For further information about the Course, please find attached the information package.

With this in mind and in order to take part of this course, the students must fill in the attached application form and send it by e-mail (together with the other documents mentioned in the application), with the subject “Portuguese Intensive Language Course 2017”, to languageschool@iscsp.ulisboa.pt, between May 1st and June 15th. Please note that we cannot guarantee any kind of accommodation, so all interested students must look for a private house or room in Lisbon, to stay during the course. However, help in this search can be provided by the website of ErasmusLisboa (http://www.erasmuslisboa.com/index.php?lang=en).

Finally, I take the opportunity to inform that students who successfully complete the course will get a Diploma with 3 ECTS and that we have a very limited number of places considering the amount of applications that we normally receive for our courses, so I strongly suggest to apply as soon as possible, as we can guarantee that the first 40 students to send the application documents will be selected.
